What we can
do for you
Facilities
Our Midlands-based UK factory combines with our proven supplier partnerships in Asia. This enables us to have a truly global reach with customers on every continent.

From design to delivery, JVM Castings have the capabilities to tailor aluminium die castings to your requirements, whether this is a small, high value run or a bulk mainstream run.
Our Worcester manufacturing facility enables us to work at a maximum capacity of 15 tonnes per hour. We have the largest range of diecasting machines in the UK with 44 die casting cells from 300 tonnes to 2,700 tonnes locking force. Our Worcester factory is equipped with a full range of production equipment with over 65 horizontal and vertical machining centres including:

-
4 & 5 axis horizontal machines
-
4 & 5 axis vertical machines
-
Twin spindle vertical machines
-
Lathes
Over 200 people work at our site. Each are fully-trained and accredited, and each are experts in our bespoke 360 degree manufacturing process. This process is tailored to your specific needs and has innovation and continuity at its core. These attributes allow us to complete the full production process for you, from design to delivery, and all managed using our A3 Management Systems.
JVM Castings is the largest die casting plant in the UK due to continued investment in our facilities. The range of our plant provides us with the flexibility to produce to your specifications and at the capacity that you require whether you are in the UK or an international client.
Aluminium alloys deliver a range of benefits for the construction industry. JVM Castings can produce aluminium frames that enable a quick and easy build and combine durability with strength.
Our primary-based alloys are manufactured from virgin aluminium and combined with a variety of minor elements. This ensures we can cast components in alloys with mechanical properties and behaviours that will satisfy all your requirements, including being strong and lightweight. Our primary based alloys include:
-
AlSi9Mn
-
AlSi10MgMn

Innovation is at the core of what we do and we use this to ensure our production and processes are efficient, effective and environmental friendly. That’s why we have installed an IPPC authorised smelting facility to ensure we reduce our carbon footprint and keep waste to a minimum.
Our secondary-based alloys are produced from aluminium waste that is recycled from our own processes, as well as from others within the marketplace and include:
-
EN AC 46500 - LM24
Whatever your needs, whether it’s a pure, lightweight, aluminium primary-based die casting or a cost-effective, environmentally friendly secondary-based diecasting, we have the technical expertise to meet your individual needs.
Simulation
At JVM Castings we utilise the latest CAD and simulation software to design for manufacture and develop prototypes, models and 2D drawings at each stage of the process for you to review. This ensures that as your needs change throughout the process, your tailored die casting does as well.
Designing in-house allows us to react quickly and efficiently to your requirements. This ensures we keep lead times down while producing a quality cast, both cost-effectively and cost-efficiently. We use the latest steel, surface and heat treatment techniques that ensure a smooth production and optimum performance of the finished product.
